October 20-24, 2025: Southern France

Your Provence Adventure Starts Here!
We know you have questions, and we’ve got all the answers! Let’s get you ready for an unforgettable retreat in Southern France.
When and where is the Retreat?
Monday through Friday on October 20-24, 2025 in the heart of Provence, France—a breathtaking destination known for its stunning landscapes, charming villages, and world-class wine.
Do I need a visa to travel to France?
For U.S. citizens, a visa is not required for stays under 90 days. However, you must have a valid passport that does not expire within three months of your departure date.
Starting sometime in 2025, U.S. citizens will be required to have a ETIAS (European Travel Information & Authorization System) travel authorization for France and the EU. ETIAS is currently not in operation and no applications are collected at this point. It is due to start 6 months after EES. We will continue to monitor the status prior to our retreat. You can check out the: Official ETIAS Site
If traveling from outside the U.S., please check your country’s visa requirements.

Can I extend my trip and travel around Europe?
Absolutely! Many participants choose to explore more of France or other European destinations before or after the retreat. Provence is well-connected to exciting cities like Paris, Nice, St. Tropez and Barcelona by train or short flights. We’re happy to provide recommendations for extending your adventure!
What should I pack?
Think comfortable, casual chic, and effortless:
The average temperatures in October range between upper 50°Fs to low 70°Fs. Packing for autumn in Provence should include layers that can accommodate the warmer afternoons and cooler mornings and evenings.
🧥 Light jacket or sweater for the crisp fresh air is advisable.
🧘 Activewear for yoga and movement sessions
👟 Comfortable walking shoes for village explorations. The charming village streets are paved with beautiful, centuries-old cobblestones—picturesque, but not exactly heel-friendly. Opt for stylish flats or comfy sneakers to explore with ease!
🕶️ Sun protection—hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen
🩱 Pack a swimsuit! The pool is heated, but the crisp Provence air might still feel cool—at least for this Houston girl!
What’s the group size?
This is an intimate retreat (8-10 people max)—perfect for deep connection, personal growth, and a truly immersive experience.
Can I come solo?
Absolutely! Many guests come alone—this is your chance to reconnect with yourself. Choose a single room for more solitude, or we can pair you with a like-minded roommate.
